Your Bulgarian Sommelier, Veselka Krasteva will assist you through her 165 wine list to ensure that you select the best wine possible for your meal. Her list has been meticulously compiled with an expert eye whose agenda is that of providing exciting bottles astride old favourites. If you fancy something special, Veselka will hand you her Reserved List which looks very much like that of a wine cellar.
