Diwan’s Restaurant serves modern Indian cuisine cooked by the passionate, talented and largely trained chef Allien Diwan. Previously working in a Michelin Star Indian Restaurant in London, Diwan opened his first restaurant at the age of 22 and now has one of the best Indian restaurants in Malta located in Bugibba.

Do not be fooled by the location and the décor as it does not do any justice to Diwan's gourmet food. Diwan’s Indian Restaurant is famous for its multi course Tasting Menu which is truly a culinary adventure. In the tasting menu each dish is carefully and thoughtfully selected reflecting Mr Diwan understanding and passion for good food and intense flavours.

The dishes are served in small portions and continuously from the kitchen for the guest to be able to enjoy each dish. The whole menu is based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist and contains dishes such as onion bhaji, Peshwari tandoor chicken, tandoor roasted broccoli floret, and chicken tikka masala. The staffs are nice and helpful and always have a smile on their faces.
