The Chophouse is a new and modern meat restaurant in Malta boasting the island’s largest open charcoal grill. The Chophouse is located in newly build Tigne Point and offers amazing panoramic views of Valletta across the bay that has several times been described as “one of the finest views in Europe”. The Chophouse Restaurant in Malta has a large selection of tender and juicy meats which are butchered and hung by The Chophouse; they also serve all cuts from head to tail.

The Chophouse Restaurant make sure to use only the best ingredients and they go out of their way to ensure all that is necessary in finding, preparing and serving the guests' food. The menu boasts a T-Bone alla Fiorentina (1.2kg - for 2 persons) for the hungry ones and Heart of Rump Steak (350g), Rabbit as well as great choice of light starters and a tempting dessert menu. The Chophouse serves their beef steaks cooked with a light brushing of olive oil, roughly ground pepper and served with a wedge of lemon cooked to various degrees such as Blue, Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well or Well Done. Wednesday specials at The Chophouse are the Suckling Pig which is served along the regular menu and the Sunday Lunch Carvery where guests can choose from 4 different starters served at their table.

Over 200 bottles of both old and new world wines are offered at the stylish Chophouse Restaurant, all stored in a large humidity and temperature controlled glass cave. The décor is modern, simple and welcoming and the open grill together with the outside dining terrace and views makes the ambience truly special at the Chophouse. Booking is recommended and outside when weather permits and complimentary parking is available at The Point car park.
