Restaurant Salini is driven by a passion for good food which is evident at first glance at its very exciting menu. It takes its inspiration from the whole Mediterranean cuisine and offers exquisite dishes from Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, East and North Africa.

The atmosphere will carry you, through the flavours and fragrances of its specialities, to the markets of the orients, the fishmongers of Palermo and Marseille and the oranges and lemons of the Amalfi Coast.

The exciting and creative menu contains dishes such as Tajine Dejaj couscous (Slowly cooked in the cone shaped earthenware casserole, the chicken is cooked with lemon juice,preserved lemon and coriander), Luma coni Santa Chiara (Seafood including shrimps, mussels and calamari in a prawn bisque, a recipe with origins in the famous Neapolitan monastery of Santa Chiara), and Moussaka (Lamb, aubergine, tomato, spice and béchamel, many versions of this popular Levantine dish exist, the name is Arabic, Salini have opted for their favourite Greek recipe.

Salini Restaurant in Malta also serves the traditional “Fenkata” every Tuesday night. Enjoy traditional spaghetti with rabbit sauce, followed by fried rabbit simmered in wine, in a tranquil environment. Restaurant Salini has a wine list which includes fine wines to compliment your meal.
