Ta’ Karmena Farmhouse is situated in a quaint alley in the outer part of the village of San Lawrenz in Gozo. This traditional farmhouse has been carefully converted into a luxurious home with all modern amenities, all the while conserving the authentic architectural features of the building. In fact, all the rooms have stone slab ceilings and wooden beams, while most of the rooms are tiled in original floral tiles older than 200 years old. 

From the entrance you’ll find yourself into a hallway that leads to an open plan kitchen/living/dining overlooking a sunny internal courtyard adjacent to a washroom. On the first floor then, you can find a main double bedroom with en-suite facilities and a large Jacuzzi bath. There are also two twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities as well as a terrace overlooking the central courtyard.

The highlight of this farmhouse is the indoor pool set in a unique cave under the house. The pool is heated to ensure warm temperatures during the winter months. A small skylight in the roof of the cave, ensures the penetration of natural light during the day.
