Gozo - Gharb Parish Church

Gharb Parish church and its history

Gharb parish church is a beautiful church situated in the heart of the Gozitan village Gharb. The parish church of Gharb was consecrated on 28 September 1755 and is dedicated to the Visitation of Our Lady. The church became a  archipresbyteral back in 1774. Gharb is a very cute village with a lot of typical Gozitan farmhouses worth visiting if you are heading to the parish church.
