When you hear my voice

'Don't make your thoughts your prisions' - Shakespeare

The London Shaksperare Workout (LSW) in association with the Corradino Correctional Facilty (CCF), the Ministry of Home and Parliamentary Affairs, Marc Cabourdin, the University of Cambridge, University of Malta and the St. James Cavalier present the theatrical event "When you hear my voice".

"When you hear my voice" combines the works of Shakespeare and other famous writers and thinkers, as well as authentic young offender writing from all over the World, original songs and two Elizabethan dances. 

All of these will be performed by a multi-national team of young people aged between 18 and 21 currently staying at the Young Offenders Division within Malta's correctional facility in tandem with major figures from the West End such as Laura Pit-Pulford. The event, directed by LSW's Excecutive Director, Dr. Bruce Wall, seeks to inspire the general public with quotations from authors, celebrating cultures and literacy at the same time.

The event will be held at the St. James Cavalier in Valletta from the 6th to the 9th of February, 2012.
