Malta-Gozo-Malta Open Water Swimming Competition

Swim along the Gozo Channel 

The Malta-Gozo-Malta Open Water Swimming Competition is an 11 km race that takes swimmers from Malta to Gozo and back. This unique open water event will be organized by the Birkirkara St. Joseph Sports Club who will prepare all the logistics, taking all the needed saftey precautions. During the event there will be paramedics and ambullances both on land and in the sea just in case of an emergency. There will also be boats to escort any swimmers who stop mid-way, while along the route there will be patrolling marshals.
