Summer Solstice is even better at Mnajdra Temples. These temples are often known as a calendar in stone, as although they have been built around 5000 years ago, the calendar remains accurate even today. 

The isolated location of the temples, on the cliffs of Malta's southern coast, create a perfect atmosphere to enjoy the sunrise surrounded by history and nature. 

You can buy your tickets for the Summer Solstice from all Heritage Malta sites for €15 (€10 for Heritage Malta members), including experiencing the Summer Solstice from Mnajdra or Hagar Qim Temples as well as a tour of the Visitor Centre.
