The Feast of St. Paul is celebrated annually in the small town of Safi in the south of Malta. Celebrations start from days before the actual date, as the town gears up to commemorate this awaited event in a vibrant and joyful atmosphere. Safi will be totally decorated in colourful lights, statues, drapes and other street decorations, making way for cheerful brass band marches taking place all over the town every evening.
