Using Malta.com is free and needs no account. These are the terms, in plain words.

The listings belong to the agencies

Every home shown here was published by an estate agency, and the agency owns the listing, its text and its photos. Malta.com shows them so you can find homes in one place and sends you to the agency for each one. Malta.com is not an estate agent, is not a party to any sale or let, and takes no fee.

Check before you act

Prices, sizes, features and availability are as the agency gave them when we last read its listings, and they change. A home may be sold, let or withdrawn before we see it. Mortgage figures and currency conversions on the site are estimates, not offers. Confirm everything with the agency before you make a decision.

Positions on the map

Most agencies give a town, not an address, so a home is shown at its town's centre unless the agency gives its position. The 10-minute walk is measured from that point.

Using the site

You may use the site to find a home for yourself. Do not scrape it, copy the listings, or present the data as your own. The map, the place guide and the site's own text and design belong to Malta.com.

The site is given as it is, without promises that it is complete, correct or always available. We are not liable for decisions made on the information here; the agency's listing is the one that counts.
