Zejt iz-Zejtun is one of the most popular events of the year and attracts both tourist and locals from all across Malta.

Zejt iz-Zejtun is a festival that inaugurate the olive-picking season with olive-pressing demonstrations, pageantry, crafts exhibitions and other activities that the whole family can enjoy.

Olives will of course be on sale as well as derivate products, so this is the perfect time to try good Maltese olives and olive oil. A brass band will be playing contributing to the festive atmosphere.

This olive feast takes place in one of the oldest villages in Malta, Zejtun, located in the south of the Island.
